Responsible for the daily operation and management of domestic and overseas famous brand of Tmall office flagship store,
and leading the team to finish sales goal.

Responsible for brand market positioning, the option of brand operation direction, option of product, the setting up of store policy,
planning of store traffic, planning of store structure, the compilation of store marketing plan, and reaching store operation indicators.

Responsible for setting up the monthly, quarterly and annually sales goal, plan executing, store activity of each time phrase.

Responsible for arranging and coordinating the relevant issues of design, customer service and warehouse
and other supporting departments.

Responsible for coordinating the relationship with the brand owner, reduce the company operation cost as much as possible,
and improving efficiency.

With more than 5 years work experience, more than 3 years experience of operation and management experience of Tmall star store,
with operation experience of beauty products and personal care products of large store preferred.

Proficient with Tmall operation and promotion, Tmall store operation procedure and platform activity and advertisement resources.

Proficient with customer service and experience relevant to customer maintenance.

Excellent logic thinking ability, study ability, initiative and strong responsibility.

With relatively strong communication ability, work norm, clear mind, cooperation spirits and responsibility,
and excellent team management ability.
